Return Policy

Conditions for Returns:

Eligible Returns: Only items with verified manufacturing defects are eligible for a return. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Return Process:

In case of any disappointment with the received product, kindly share with our sales representative through Facebook account ( www.facebook.com/jewelsbyhasan) or via WhatsApp on 03210012727 within the next 24 hours after the delivery.

In case of a defective product, same should be sent back to the company in its original packaging with all its accessory and documentation including warranty card within 24 hours of making the complaint.

Our team will check the product after the said item has been returned by a customer. If the defect is discovered they will arrange a refund within 15 working days at most.

Exchange Policy

Conditions for Exchanges:

Non-Exchangeable Items: Items purchased at discounted prices cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the product.

General Terms:

Final Decision: Any returned or exchanged products can be denied by the management of Jewels by Hasan and their decision shall be considered final and binding.
