At Jewels by Hasan, we pride ourselves in offering quality jewelry that has gone through proper manufacturing and quality check before we get it to you.
Conditions for Exchange:
No Exchange Due to Preference: We do not accept exchanges if this is the reason the product was returned since we do not serve as a retail store for persons who change their mind.
No Exchange on Discounted Products: Products purchased through discounts, promotions, or sales are not eligible for exchange.
Custom-Made Items: Products made according to customer specifications or measurements cannot be exchanged.
Manufacturing Defects Only: Exchange of products is allowed only if the product has been ascertained to be having a defect in manufacturing.
Exchange Timeline: Exchange of products is permitted only if the product has been confirmed to be having a manufacturing challenge.
Exchange Procedure:
Please contact our customer support team via the Facebook page message (www. facebook. com/ jewelsbyhasan ) or through WhatsApp at +92-3210012727 within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be returned to us with the original pack plus all the items accompanying the product within 24 hours after it has been received.
On the receipt of the product, the manufacturer examines it according to the stipulated exchange policy and communicates their decision to the client.
Important Notes:
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances; exchanges will be handled as per the conditions stated above.
Final Decision: The exchange’s decision will be in the discretion of Jewels by Hasan either as a complete exchange or even partially.
